If you have received a Legal Infraction that is Alcohol or Drug Related you will be required by the Court to complete an Alcohol/Drug Assessment.
If you have a Family Law Case you may be asked to complete an Alcohol/Drug Assessment. This does not necessarily mean you have a Substance Abuse problem.
If your Human Resource or Employer Assistance Program has referred you for services this will include an assessment and a possible treatment plan in order to remain employed.
If you are presently Incarcerated, depending on the County you are incarcerated in, our Counselors have security clearances. If pre-paid we are able to assess you while incarcerated.
If you feel you have a problem, have experienced a Relapse or are seeking Group or Individual sessions, we are happy to accommodate your needs and customize a treatment program that will be in your best interest.
The Assessment Process
Substance Abuse Assessments take approximately 1 ½ hours to complete. You will need valid Picture ID and applicable fees paid at the time of your appointment. If you have legal infractions, all State Courts require specific documents are reviewed in order for us to complete your Assessment Summary and report to the appropriate parties. If you have a private Attorney or Department of Assigned Counsel (DAC), Department of Corrections (DOC) or a Probation Officer these documents can be requested on your behalf.
If you have Past or Present Legal Infractions or Court Proceedings in order to serve you, we will need the following:
